This website provides product information, documentation, downloads, support links, and access to checkout. These terms describe the website and the SlideShow Bob software license; Paddle provides separate terms for your purchase transaction.
2. Evaluation and supported platform
The current SlideShow Bob release is a Windows application. A 30-day evaluation is available with watermarked exports so you can test the application with your computer, media, and video-editing workflow before buying.
Purchasing and activating a license removes the evaluation export watermark. Review the current product documentation and system requirements before purchasing.
3. Software license and permitted projects
A purchased SlideShow Bob license allows both personal and commercial projects.
The purchase is a one-time license for the purchased major version, not a recurring subscription. It licenses use of the application; it does not transfer ownership of the software or website materials to you.
SlideShow Bob does not require you to own the media you work with. You are responsible for complying with applicable copyright law when using media. Do not publish or distribute projects containing someone else's copyrighted material unless you have the necessary permission or license, or the use is otherwise permitted by law. A SlideShow Bob license does not grant rights to third-party media.
4. Updates and major-version upgrades
Minor-version updates within the purchased major version are included with your license. Upgrading to a new major version requires a separate purchase.
Buying a major-version upgrade is optional; the existing license remains for the major version you purchased. This distinction does not promise that a particular future version will be released.
5. Purchases and delivery
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and reseller for purchases through Paddle checkout. Review the total price, taxes, payment details, and Paddle buyer terms before submitting payment. GBMusicTech supplies the software and license.
Use an email address you can access. Paddle sends the transaction confirmation, and GBMusicTech sends the license information. If either message is missing, check spam or junk folders and contact Support. Never send payment-card details or passwords by email.
6. Refund requests
GBMusicTech accepts refund requests within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final, except where applicable law or Paddle's terms provide additional rights or remedies. See the Cancellation Policy for the request process. A submitted request is not confirmation that a refund has been completed.
The Cancellation Policy, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable consumer rights also apply. The 14-day request window does not remove rights you may have under applicable law or Paddle's terms. When a refund is completed and the license is revoked, stop using that paid license.
7. Your media, documentation, and third-party services
Using media in SlideShow Bob does not change who owns its copyright. Keep backups of important files and projects. A SlideShow Bob license does not include licenses for third-party video editors or media libraries.
The website may link to external documentation, videos, and services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Read our Privacy Policy for information about GBMusicTech's data handling.
8. Support and consumer rights
Contact support@gbmusictech.com with product, activation, or purchase questions. Describe the issue without including passwords or payment-card details.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or restricted.
